Growth Family Insurance Duane Groth Agency Owner Duane began his career in the insurance industry in 1983 and opened his first Allstate Agency in November 1995. He s been helping people protect themselves and dealing with losses for over 30 years. He graduated as a Beaver from Oregon State University in 1979 and attained his designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1985. Away from Allstate, Duane has been married to his lovely wife Barbara for 36 years. He has two boys, Derek and Jerad, and two daughter in-laws Leanna and Rachel. He enjoys hunting birds with his best friend Max, his wirehaired pointing griffin. Jerad Groth Agency Owner Jerad has lived in the Tri City area for the past 6 years. He is a 2009 graduate from Western Washington University in Bellingham. He is involved in many local organizations including Tri City Harvest, Live at 5 concert series at John Dam Plaza, and the Tri City Regional Chamber of Commerce. Jerad also coaches boys basketball at Kennewick High School. He enjoys building relationships with clients and helping them when the unexpected happens. While he is not working he enjoys spending time in the yard with his wife Rachel and their daughter Mila.
